What devices does Chí Vĩ provide?
Two groups. The payment group includes QRBox, a 21.5 inch central control screen, and POS machines. The automatic sales group includes Minivend 10 / 20 / 30 / 40, Smart Locker 930, and Smart Locker Mini. All devices come with a remote management system.
Can my current machine be equipped with QR payment?
Yes, that's the problem QRBox solves. The device only has two wires: one for power connected to 220V and one for controlling the machine — washing machine, dryer, or car wash. No need to replace the machine.
Where does the payment from customers go?
It goes directly to the bank account of the machine owner. Chí Vĩ configures the receiving money account at installation and does not hold funds in between.
Can VAT invoices be issued?
Yes. The QRBox device can integrate automatic VAT invoice issuance for each transaction. This is an optional service with a separate quote.
How to handle a faulty machine?
The system sends notifications as soon as the device loses connection or encounters errors, so Chí Vĩ usually knows before customers complain. The technical team handles issues during working hours; the circuit board designed by Chí Vĩ has locally available components.
Where is the best place to install the machine?
Universities, office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, industrial zones, and public areas. Chí Vĩ surveys the site before quoting to finalize the machine model and number of floors suitable for actual traffic.
What is the price of the devices?
Minivend 10 from 7,150,000 VND, Minivend 20 from 18,000,000 VND, Minivend 30 from 22,000,000 VND, Minivend 40 from 26,000,000 VND, Smart Locker 930 from 14,500,000 VND, and Smart Locker Mini from 3,900,000 VND. The payment device price is based on configuration and quantity of machines to be installed.
