About us

Chi Vi Technology — formally known as Chi Vi Automation Trading and Services Company Limited — manufactures and provides cashless payment devices along with vending machines for the Vietnamese market. Over 10,000 Chi Vi technology devices are operational in more than 30 provinces, extending from North to South.

What we do

Chi Vi produces two product groups, using a shared software platform. The first group consists of payment devices added to existing machines: QRBox, a 21.5-inch central control screen, and POS machines. The second group is vending machines fully supplied by Chi Vi: Minivend and smart lockers.

The common point of both is the remote management system. Machine owners can view the revenue of each device in real-time, add remote sessions when customers encounter issues, check transaction history, and receive notifications when the machine loses connection.

Why we make our own circuit boards

If an automated device malfunctions, it becomes the owner’s fault: the machine doesn't accept money, customers leave, revenue is lost, and no one knows. When hardware is purchased from one place and software from another, every fault leads to a debate over who is responsible.

Chi Vi chooses the harder way: the circuit boards are designed by us, the firmware is written by us, and the management system is operated by us. A team responsible from start to finish means that when issues arise, there is someone to fix it — and components are available locally instead of waiting for imports.

Chi Vi is a member of VHITEK, a technology enterprise that controls the value chain of automated devices in Vietnam. Two brands within the ecosystem serve different customer groups on the same platform:

• Thietbigiatsay.vn — equipment and franchising for 24/7 automatic laundry services

Commitment

Customer payments go directly to the owner's bank account; Chi Vi does not hold intermediary funds. Devices are guaranteed and receive software updates throughout the product lifecycle, managed by Chi Vi's own technical team.
